WCST allows your customers to easily track their orders. You will be able to associate with each order a shipping company and a tracking number. WCST will display tracking information (company URL and trackin code) directly in the “Order Fulfillment” email and “View Order” page.

Your customers just need to click on the link generated by WCST to easily track their order. The trackin URL (if possible, if allowed by the company) will automatically redirect to the comapany page where the user can automatically track the shipping status according to the associated tracking code.

Note: WooCommerce Shipping Tracking by vanquish plugin like WordPress, requires minimum PHP version 7.0.

Furthermore, for each shipment it is also possible to specify a delivery date and a custom text. This way, both store admins and customers can easily track shipping times!

Customize Email And Order Details HTML Snippet

Do you want to customize the HTML snippet included in the Email and Order Form details pages? WooCommerce Shipping Tracking by vanquish possible! You can customize the templates directly from the admin menu.

Track delivery progress status with on-site timeline

WooCommerce Shipping Tracking by vanquish also allows to display shipping progress status with timeline directly at the website. To do that, just use the [track_shipping_in_site] shortcode inside the Order Detail Message via the special menu.

Once completed, a tracking widget will be displayed showing each shipping step taken up to the current date in every Order detail page!

Optionally, you can display the “follow in site” widget in any page. To do that, simply use the following shortcode with a special “track_in_site” parameter: [wcst_tracking_form track_in_site=”true”]. It will display a form where once the user has entered the tracking code, the “in-site tracking” widget will show the shipping progress.

Note: AfterShip will attempt to detect the shipping company using only the tracking code, however, this process may in some cases fail. To avoid detection, simply pass the company tracking code this way: tracking code company_slug ###.

Note: this feature is supported by the AfterShip service. It requires at least one free profile (whereby you can only achieve 100 shipping tracking per month). Information on how to connect to the AfterShip profile is reported in the plugin options page (just 2 steps!). Service
will automatically detect the carrier from the tracking code (if supported) without any other code.

Tracking Information On All Woocommerce Outdoor Emails And Order Details Page

After the tracking information is saved on the order admin page, all the information will be displayed in the order details page. Moreover, the information will also be embedded in all

send out woocommerce emails according to order status. By default, tracking information is only embedded in emails when the status is set to “completed”, but you can also choose to show the information to other websites. Go to General options to select the status(s) where the information must be embedded in the email.

You can also specify custom states!

This way, customers can have all the necessary information at their fingertips!

Email Notification For Tracking Code

The admin can also send an activity notification email by simply selecting the tracking code he wants the user to be notified of. Bulk Import From CSV

WCST allows you to import order tracking information from a .csv file!

The store administrator for each order can also enter one or more shipping information.

The CSV file must have fallwing columns:

order_id: This is the numeric id of the order
Order status: can be left blank. If specified, the order status will be set as the specified value. Values that can be used: wc-pending, wc-process, wc-on-hold, wc-complete, wc aborted, wc refunded, wc-failed
force_email_notification: can be left blank. If specified, the plugin will send back the woocommerce notification eamil according to the selected value. Values that can be used: send_email_new_order, send_email_cancellation_order, send_email_customer_processing_order, send_email_customer_completed_order, end_email_customer_refunded_order, send_email_customer_invoice
Dispatch_date: Can be left blank. In case of multiple submission dates, values must be separated by | personality. The format should be yyyy-mm-dd. Example: 2018-05-13 | 2018-03-21
Custom text: Can be left blank. In case of multiple custom text, values must be separated by | personality. NOTE: REMOVE ALL, from custom texts. Example: custom text 1 | custom text 2.
tracking information: Must have the following format company_id: tracking_code. In case of multiple transport values must be separated by | personality. Example: DHL: #232R | GLS: 1234TR3

NOTE: Do you want to import orders using the custom id specified by WooCommerce Sequential Order Number Pro (By SkyVerge)? Just install the following add-on! if you are using the Free version instead, use this add-on.

Automatically Importing In Bulk

You can optionally configure the plugin to automatically import the Order Shipping Tracking Form a url that points to a .csv file. You just need to insert .csv file url path (like DropBox file link, https url etc) and choose batch import task interval!

NOTE: The scheduling task is performed using the WordPress function wp_schedule_event(). It will trigger a scheduled import at the specified time ONLY if someone visits your WordPress site. More information at wp_schedule_event reference page.

Multi Language Custom Message

WooCommerce Shipping Tracking by vanquish supports WPML, which allows store admins to define HTML Snippets for any installed language.

To add a message for a language, the store admin can simply select the interpreted language in the WPML selector, enter the text and save!

Log In Quick Menu

Store admins can now assign shipping information to an order directly using the “Quick Assign” menu without editing every order. Using this menu in just a few clicks, you can provide shipping information for an order, set its status, and optionally resend a status notification email to the customer!

Most Favorite Shipping Company

You can also choose a “favorite” shipping company on the options menu. This will be pre-selected during tracking code submission!

Delivery Estimate For Shipping Prices

Precalculate each defined shipping rate by using WooCommerce function, Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce or Table Rate Shipping by WooThemes you can define shipping estimate.

Automatic Shipping Prospects For Us Products

The WCST plugin has another useful feature: Estimated shipping date (shipping date: date the package was delivered to the carrier). Store admins, simply using a shortcode or setting to display estimated dates automatically (in the plugin options menu), can display on product pages the estimated delivery date. This is calculated automatically on the basis of the “Estimation Rule” that is relevant for that product.

The plugin can display either a specific shipping date or a date range on which the product will be displayed.

Furthermore if the product is out of stock, the estimated date will not be displayed!

The optional estimated date can also be displayed in the Cart / Checkout pages, after each item is displayed in the products table. To do this, simply enable the special option you find in the plugin options menu.

Last but not least, you can also configure a custom label (translatable via WPML) to be displayed before the estimated date!

How it works? it’s simple! You only have to do two steps:

FIRST STEP: Configure estimated dates

Using the “Estimated Shipping Configurator” in the “Shipping Tracking” menu, a store admin can create multiple “Estimation Rules”.

For each of them, he can choose:

Product/Category/Tag: Select the product, category, or tag to which the rule applies.
Shipment/Shipment Date: the date on which the goods are shipped/delivered to the courier.
Delivery time: if the order is placed during that hour, shipping happens on the same day (if it is a dispatch/shipping date).
Delivery Delay: If this value is specified, the estimated date will be calculated starting from the first available submission date after the delay time (expressed in days).
Holidays / non-working days: days when shipments cannot take place.

SECOND STEP: Use the shortcode (or set the auto estimate date option) on the product page

In product page, on description or short description or any tab, shop admin can use special [wcst_show_estimated_date] shortcode to show estimate
day shipping.

Instead, the store admin can turn on showing the estimated date option automatically (in the plugin options menu).

The plugin will calculate the date of finding an “Establishment” rule that matches the item. The WooCommerce Shipping Tracking by vanquish plugin will automatically find the next business day that the item can be shipped.

Furthermore, on the product list, a new column is added showing the Estimated Shipping Rule that matches the product.

Using the special shortcode [wcst_tracking_form] the tracking form can be displayed in any post/page allowing the user to select the shipping company (using the select menu) and enter the tracking code and get redirected to the shipping company tracking page.
